职位描述：

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

To make sure inventory accuracy

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Utilizes corporate systems and database querying skills, to provide proactive service process analysis and problem-solving in order to identify and target areas of supply chain opportunity

Set up optimal safety stock level via parameter management.

Participates in warehouse management on inventory, stock control, in-coming and out-going shipments

Facilitate SAP MM implementation on the warehouse side

Coordinate internally & externally in solving problems and ensuring a smooth and problem free handling of parts/materials in and out from the warehouse

Controls and verifies all materials and parts being received and shipped to ensure accuracy and to satisfy workshop/customer requirements

Responsible for inventory cycle accounting and ensures physical condition of warehouse

Ensure 100% delivery quantity accuracy and inventory accuracy

Enhance and optimize material handling process for higher efficiency

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree holder in supply chain management, production operations management, materials management, or engineering

Minimum 3 years working experience in material planning function or warehouse management

Some experience with SAP operations

Excellent spoken and written English is a plus

Extravert, good interpersonal skills

Good project management skills, time management skills are preferred
