Showing Appreciation to Custodial Staff
October 2nd is National Custodial Workers Day. And just as on every other day, custodial staff members are hard at work in the background, making sure that buildings are clean, bright, and safe for the people who use them.
We all know the high value of a good cleaning staff, but it can be hard to know how to show appreciation in a meaningful way – not just on one day a year, but every day.
