What is My Account?

- Access your order history and place service requests.
- Save your shipping and payment information for faster ordering in the future.
- Gain access to secure Tennant resources and documentation.
Part of a larger organisation? Registering syncs your order history with your account administrator while allowing you access to future promotions.

- Order TennantTrue® OEM parts and access customer-specific pricing.
- Track orders and shipping status.
- View invoice history and status.
- Access additional documents and resources.
- Schedule a service appointment and check the status of requests.

Change Your Password
- Under My Account, click 'Profile'.
- Click 'Change Password'.
- Enter new password.
- Click 'Reset'.
- You will receive a confirmation message.

Order History & Tracking
- Under My Account, click 'Order History'.
- Use ranges at top to sort your orders.
- Select your desired order.
- Scroll down to tracking number.
- Open tracking number on courier's website.

View Service Requests
- Under My Account, click 'Profile'.
- Click 'Service Request'.
- Select request you wish to view.

View Price Books (Distributors Only)
- Under My Account, click 'Distributor Resources'.
- Select 'Price List'.
- Navigate to desired price book.

View Operator Training Videos
- From the menu bar, hover over 'Resources'.
- Under 'Resource Centre', select 'Operator Training Videos'.
- Select the machine category.
- Click 'Play' or select a video from the playlist to view.
