We may be biased, but we think the Tennant customer service team is the best of the best. Between April 2020 and early April 2021, the team fielded nearly 240,000 calls to help ensure our customers receive the service and information they need to keep their machines up and running. Customer service is often the first call from customers when something arises, and our team has heard and handled it all.

We asked the team about the most frequent types of calls they receive, then compiled the answers into one blog post. Read below to see if you can find the answer to any of your questions!

1.    How do I access my Tennant account online?

The primary way to access your specific account information on the Tennant website is through My Account, which is a portal that contains all of the information about your account.

By logging in to My Account when you go to tennantco.com, you will gain access to all of your account information like past orders, service requests, billing information, and more. 

2.    How do I order replacement parts for my Tennant equipment?

Ordering replacement parts and consumables is easy on our website! You can find the parts you need by searching by part number, part description, or even model number.

3.    How can I request service for my Tennant machine?

Once you are logged-in to My Account, you can request service on the Tennant website. Simply select “Service Request” in the left navigation, then click on “Create Service Request.”

Submitting this form will create a service request and you will receive confirmation. A service rep will contact you as soon as possible once the request is received.

4.    How can I tell if my order has shipped?

When an order or partial order ships, an email with the shipping details is sent. Guests can view orders by selecting ‘Order Status’ on the bottom of the screen. Guest orders need to have their email and confirmation order number. If you have an account, you can also view the order status in the order history section.
