Reading the Distributor Statements:

There are three parts and they will include prior month’s information as well as current.

1. Rebate Statement Summary:
   1. Lists non-rebate volume total
   2. Lists rebate volume total
   3. Rebates paid by type monthly, quarterly, and year to date.
2. Rebate Statement Details:
   1. Volume detailed by product group
   2. Direct billed machines by serial numberLists rebate volume total
   3. Planned maintenance sold by customer and machine.
   4. Cross over balance.
3. Rebate Statement Paid:
   1. By program type that lists
      1. Credit memo number
      2. Date issued
      3. Amount
      4. Description of what it was.

These reports are only available to the Owner/Manager role via comp reports link.
