As part of efforts to overcome continuing labor challenges and become more efficient, businesses are increasingly turning to robotic cleaning machines for their regular cleaning needs. The results speak for themselves, and robotic cleaning machines can help you set a whole new standard of clean.

Even better, high-quality autonomous cleaning machines are designed to allow humans to work safely and effectively beside them. By leaving the bulk of the routine dirty work to a robotic floor scrubber, your custodial employees will be free to concentrate on more delicate, complex, and high-value tasks.

To better meet the specific wants and needs of each customer, we offer a broad spectrum of equipment, including robotic floor cleaning machines. But how can you determine which robotic floor scrubber is right your business?

Read on for a comparative breakdown of the three available robotic floor scrubbers and their unique features and applications.

T380AMR
The smallest Tennant robotic floor scrubber, the T380AMR is ideal for cleaning small to medium-sized interior spaces. In general, this scrubber can clean facilities between 40,000 and 110,000 square feet that may have small or constricted areas. The T380AMR can tackle lobbies, storage spaces, hallways, doorways, and even elevators with ease.

Although it is built for smaller spaces, larger facilities can benefit from the T380AMR if they need to clean the floors in particularly constricted spaces that might require tighter turns and greater maneuverability.

T380AMR Quick Facts:

  • 20” cleaning path
  • 20 gallon solution tank
  • Up to 90 pounds of down pressure

T7AMR

Designed to clean spaces between 70,000 to 180,000 square feet, the T7AMR operates best in large open spaces that present few obstacles or obstructions. In addition to larger retail stores and multi-level universities, airports, arenas, and convention centers have found this scrubber  to be exceptionally helpful.

The T7AMR is designed to significantly boost productivity by cutting down on cleaning solution fill-ups and producing an aggressive amount of grime destroying pressure. It is also compatible with a variety of polishing tools.

T7AMR Quick Facts:

  • 26” cleaning path
  • 29 gallon solution tank
  • Up to 190 pounds of down pressure

The T380AMR robotic cleaning machine can clean smaller spaces with its ability to make tight turns.

T16AMR robotic floor scrubber cleaning warehouse

The T16AMR, the largest of Tennant's robotic scrubbers, is optimal for large spaces, like warehouses or 3rd party logististics facilities.

As with all of Tennant's robotic cleaning machines, the T7AMR can move around unplanned obstacles and operate in real-world environments.

T16AMR
The T16AMR is the largest and most powerful robotic floor scrubber offered by Tennant. It is perfect for mid-sized to expansive facilities such as warehouses and third-party logistics facilities. A true workhorse, this unit is built for big, tough jobs.

In fact, it is able to handle facilities that exceed a million square feet as well as those that clean extensively  ̶ up to 13 hours a 24-hour period  ̶ and frequently (between 3 and 7 days per week).

 T16AMR Quick Facts:

  • 36” cleaning path
  • 50 gallon solution tank
  • Up to 200 pounds of down pressure

Equipped with BrainOS® technology, all of Tennant’s robotic cleaning machines are designed and tested to operate in complex, real world environments while safely avoiding people and obstacles.

Robotic cleaning machines are posed to make significant gains in the cleaning industry as labor costs continue to be a focus for facility managers. This cleaning equipment can help address labor challenges, drive efficiencies, and maintain a high standard of cleaning in your facility.
