Tennant’s 2026 (FY2025) Corporate Sustainability Report

Tennant Company recently released its 2026 (FY2025) corporate sustainability report.

This year’s report reflects how we are strengthening our approach to delivering impact, improving sustainability management, enhancing data quality, and embedding sustainability more deeply into our operations and decision-making.

Over the past year, we focused on building a more consistent and disciplined approach, including strengthening governance, improving the quality and reliability of our data, and increasing alignment across teams and priorities. This work is helping us create a stronger foundation for delivering measurable, long-term impact.

At the same time, we continued to make progress across key areas, including:

• Investing $2 million in our communities through our social impact and corporate giving initiatives
• Advancing community partnerships, including SkillsUSA to advance workforce development and the American Red Cross to support disaster preparedness and response
• Enabling the cleaning of 8.2 trillion square feet of shared spaces in partnership with customers
• Sourcing 99% of global electricity from renewable sources
• Expanding access to electric and lithium-ion battery technologies, reducing the use-phase emissions of our products
• Completing waste baselines across all global manufacturing facilities to strengthen performance tracking
