Some of the findings include:
- Revenue growth and bottom line performance are some of the top challenges
- Over 50% of respondents said their company is currently in a growth mode
- Nearly ¾ of respondents rated zero to low machine downtime as extremely important to their customers
- Over 70% prefer OEM parts versus generic parts
