Retaining Cleaning Industry Employees
What makes employees unhappy enough to leave a job? And what can be done to improve the culture of a business to get them to stay? Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees affects a company’s bottom line, so these questions are important for any HR professional or business owner to address, particularly in the cleaning industry, which has a higher than average turnover rate.
