We recently surveyed over 200 building service contractors (BSC) decision makers to find out their biggest challenges, strategies for business growth, and what matters most in their business.

Some of the findings include:

• Revenue growth and bottom line performance are some of the top challenges
• Over 50% of respondents said their company is currently in a growth mode
• Nearly ¾ of respondents rated zero to low machine downtime as extremely important to their customers
• Over 70% prefer OEM parts versus generic parts
